Abstract
Metastases to the bladder from renal cell carcinoma are extremely rare. The prognosis is poor and seems not related to the type of treatment. Most patients die within 1 year of diagnosis. The treatment should be therefore as conservative as possible. We report a case of solitary, synchronous bladder metastasis treated by transurethral resection. At 24 months the patient is free of recurrence.Entities:
