Abstract
A patient with mycosis fungoides (MF) bullosa had a rapidly growing, painful necrotic mass on the left ankle which extended by peripheral bulla formation, clinically resembling pyoderma gangrenosum. Histopathology confirmed MF bullosa with both intraepidermal and subepidermal bulla formation.Entities:
