Abstract
We report on the problems of diagnosis and surgical technique from the standpoint of mediastinal anatomy in patients with esophageal cancer and right aortic arch associated with a vascular ring. We propose that left thoracotomy plus sternotomy is the best approach to allow visualization of the bilateral recurrent laryngeal nerves.Entities:
