Abstract
We present a case of recovery from fulminant hepatic failure secondary to high serum levels of fluconazole precipitated by amphotericin B induced renal dysfunction. Fluconazole dose adjustment or alternative antifungal treatment should be considered in patients with impaired renal function.Entities:
