Abstract
The concentrations of chromium, manganese, cooper, zinc and cadmium are reported for 130 different New Zealand foods, along with water content and the ratio of the edible portion to the as purchased portion. The range of trace element concentrations for the major food groups were almost always within those reported by other investigators.Entities:
