Abstract
We examined the effect of an electric field strength gradient on DNA sequencing efficiency using capillary array electrophoresis. Several types of gradients were applied to DNA sequencing and tested in terms of read length and accuracy. Our original method improved the accuracy of DNA sequencing for longer fragments at high temperature.Mesh：
