Abstract
Three new 10-residue lipopeptaibols, trichopolyns III-V have been isolated from the fungus Trichoderma polysporum together with the known trichopolyns I and II. Structure determination has been achieved on the basis of spectroscopic and chemical evidence. These peptides have been shown to suppress the proliferation of lymphocytes in mouse allogeneic mixed lymphocyte reaction.Entities:
