Abstract
A case of Candida thyroiditis in a patient with Goodpasture's Syndrome is described. Factors predisposing to the infection were neutropenia and the concomitant use of antibiotics and immunosuppressive agents. The patient was successfully treated with 5 fluoro-cytosine (5 f-c) and surgical drainage.Entities:
