Abstract
The advantage that vectors derived from the human immunodeficiency virus offer over other gene-delivery vehicles is their ability to transduce non-proliferative tissues. But a report by Park et al. suggests that HIV-based vectors are not able to infect all non-dividing cells and that host cell activation may influence efficiency of gene delivery.Entities:
