Abstract
It is commonly believed that external laryngoceles always penetrate the thyrohyoid membrane at the site of penetration of the neurovascular bundle. We present a case where the site of penetration was posterosuperior to this. Careful dissection of the neck of a laryngocele sac is important to prevent damage to the neurovascular bundle.Entities:
