Abstract
We describe a 72-year-old woman with aortic, mitral, and tricuspid valve incompetence secondary to a rheumatoid granulomata. The cardiac valvular lesions developed simultaneously and deteriorated rapidly. The patient died after a transient relief of symptoms by high dose steroid therapy.Entities:
