[Pedicled flap-plasty of large gluteal muscle for closure of therapy refractory fistulas of pelvic organs].

Rectovaginal fistulas, persistent sinus following proctectomy, urethro-rectal fistulas after radical prostatovesiculectomy can be closed using a pedicular muscle flap from m. glutaeus maximus. 7 procedures, using this technique and the results are described in detail.
