Abstract
The goal of universal newborn hearing screening is to identify infants with hearing loss by 3 months of age and to provide appropriate intervention by 6 months of age. Automated auditory brainstem response helps accomplish this goal by providing a test that is easy to use, fast, cost-effective, and accurate. Universal newborn hearing screening with automated auditory brainstem response ensures that children with hearing loss are given the opportunity for early intervention and an improved quality of life.Entities:
