Abstract
We describe the case of a 23-year-old man with incessant atrial tachycardia complicated with tachycardiomyopathy. Transseptal ablation of the arrhythmia focus, located between the ostia of the left and right inferior vena pulmonalis, resulted in a restoration of normal sinus rhythm and a complete regression of the signs of tachycardiomyopathy.Entities:
