Abstract
We report the case of a diabetic patient with refractory anemia with excess blasts (RAEB) who developed bladder infection followed by orbital cellulitis and nodular skin lesions. After a short remission, the clinical aspect was complicated by corneal ulceration, scleromalacia, bulbar perforation and lens luxation.Entities:
