Abstract
Site-specific recombination systems are powerful tools for introducing predetermined modifications into eukaryotic genomes. Recent advances allow the manipulation of chromosomal DNA in a spatially and temporally controlled manner in mice, offering unprecedented possibilities for studying mammalian genome function and for generating animal models for human diseases.Entities:
