Abstract
We report a case of scapulothoracic dissociation with right subclavian artery traumatic injury that was managed by endovascular treatment. Particular features are the use of a flexible self-expandable noncovered stent and simultaneous protection of the right common carotid artery from distal embolization by inflating a balloon catheter.Entities:
