[Congenital pseudoarthrosis of the clavicle: review of literature and a case report].

A review of literature is presented and a case of congenital pseudoarthrosis of the right clavicle is described. Resection of the pseudoarthrosis, reduction and fixation with a screw gave good anatomical and functional result what made authors to recall this rare defect.
