Abstract
We describe a case of acute and total loss of vision after lower lid blepharoplasty. This major complication followed minor cosmetic surgery. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed posterior segmental infarction of the optic nerve, a finding not previously demonstrated.Entities:
