Abstract
Information about possible social influences on the psychology of reproduction, supplemented by a clinical understanding of the psychodynamics of the individual and scientific knowledge about the effects of hormones on behavior, provides insight into the experience of a particular woman in a particular social milieu. Such insight is an appropriate basis for effective treatment of many of the clinical problems in the area of psychosomatic obstetrics and gynecology.Entities:
