Abstract
Phaeochromocytoma of the spermatic cord is very rare. It can arise anywhere in the distribution of cells of neural crest origin, but 80-90% arise in the adrenal medulla and only 3% are extra-abdominal. A small tumour may be asymptomatic because insufficient catecholamines are secreted to cause haemodynamic disturbance.Entities:
