Abstract
We report the case history of a patient who presented with symptoms and signs suggestive of a left cerebellopontine tumour. He underwent an exploratory posterior fossa craniotomy, which revealed metastatic adenocarcinoma. Despite intensive investigation, a primary site was not located and the patient received cranial irradiation. The patient re-presented 2 years later with further symptoms from a metastasis in the right cerebellopontine angle. He refused further intervention.Entities:
