Possible anaphylactic reaction to abciximab.

We report a patient who experienced a severe anaphylactic reaction during coronary artery stenting. Subsequent to administration of a weight-adjusted dose of abciximab, the patient developed profound hypotension and severe, acute airway obstruction.
