Abstract
Pneumonectomy remains one of the more risky and morbid procedures routinely performed by the thoracic surgeon. Patients are often frail, with poor underlying pulmonary function and minimal physiologic reserve. Attentive, meticulous postoperative care and monitoring are required to minimize the incidence and severity of complications.Entities:
