Abstract
Chronic wrist pain may be evaluated by physical examination, imaging, and arthroscopy. Arthroscopy provides an attractive diagnostic and therapeutic modality in selected patients. Currently the correlation between arthroscopic findings and symptomatic pathology is not clear, because arthroscopy often identifies asymptomatic pathology. Nevertheless, the ability to diagnose and treat intra-articular pathology simultaneously provides a substantial advantage over radiographic analysis.Entities:
