Abstract
We describe a patient on maintenance hemodialysis who developed purpura, abdominal pain with bloody stool, and gross hematuria. A skin biopsy revealed leukocytoclastic vasculitis with IgA deposits. This is the first report of Henoch-Schönlein purpura in a hemodialysis patient.Entities:
