Abstract
A local anaesthetic technique for endoscopic carpal tunnel release is described. This accurately and rapidly blocks median and ulnar nerves in the distal forearm. It avoids the infiltration of local anaesthetic solution at the operation site, a technique which may render the endoscopic view unsatisfactory.Mesh：
