Abstract
Aortobronchial fistula presenting as massive hemoptysis is a rapidly fatal process that is extremely difficult to manage. We report a case in which endovascular occlusion of a fistula between a thoracic aortic pseudoaneurysm and lung was successfully managed by placement of an aortic endovascular stent-graft. Stent-grafting is a promising technique in managing complications of thoracic aneurysms and grafts.Entities:
