Abstract
Leptospirosis is a ubiquitous, spirochetal zoonosis which presents with a broad clinical spectrum. Weil's syndrome, characterised by jaundice, renal failure and bleeding manifestations is the most severe form. A high index of suspicion for the diagnosis is required to institute therapy promptly. We describe a case of serologically confirmed Weil's syndrome with concomitant hepatitis B infection.Entities:
