Abstract
Intraluminal duodenal diverticulum (IDD) is a rare congenital anomaly, which usually causes symptoms in adulthood. We report a 39-year-old woman, who presented several episodes of upper gastrointestinal bleeding and who was successfully treated with surgery. The clinical presentation, diagnosis and treatment of the 56 cases published in the English and Spanish literature from 1975 to 1998 are reviewed.Entities:
