Abstract
The 60-year-old women who complicated by multiple sclerosis was referred to our hospital under diagnosis of mitral valve stenosis and tricuspid valve regurgitation. The mitral valve replacement and the tricuspid valve annuloplasty were performed under cardiopulmonary bypass. In the state of multiple sclerosis, even an operation by general anesthesia could become a cause of abrupt change, but by appropriate management during and after surgery, the post operative course was uneventful without any complications, and the patient discharged on the 35th post operative day.Entities:
