Abstract
A 61-year-old man was diagnosed with severe aortic valve stenosis with left ventricular outflow tract pressure gradient due to systolic anterior movement of the mitral valve and a large poststenotic dilation of the ascending aorta. He underwent successful aortic root replacement and concomitant septal myectomy.Entities:
