Abstract
Chronic neck pain syndromes are recognized as myofascial disorders in the main. Often such syndromes follow trauma, and there are significant psychological and secondary gain issues that impact on the outcome of therapy. Comparison with cervical radicular syndromes is discussed.Entities:
