Abstract
A hydropic fetus that exhibited intrapericardial teratoma with marked pericardial effusion was prenatally diagnosed. Intrauterine pericardiocentesis was performed to diagnose and to treat hydrops. Pericardiocentesis for tamponade secondary to a fetal intrapericardial teratoma might prevent fetal death and premature delivery.Entities:
