Abstract
Malignant mixed mesodermal tumor (MMMT) of the ovary is rare. We describe the MR findings of this tumor before and after chemotherapy. Although MR findings were not specific to ovarian MMMT, MR images provided useful information about the effect of chemotherapy. Thus we could select appropriate therapy.Entities:
