Abstract
The phosphorylation of histidine is the first step in many signal transduction cascades in bacteria, yeast and higher plants. The transfer of a very reactive phosphoryl group from phosphorylated histidine kinase to an acceptor is an essential step in many cellular signaling responses.Entities:
