Abstract
Three cases of extraosseous Ewing sarcoma are reported. This pathology of the young adult is very rare as shown by the review of the literature. Clinical or imaging (CT or MRI) findings are non-specific and diagnosis is based on histology. Nonetheless, this diagnosis should be considered in all patients with primary soft tissue tumors.Entities:
