Abstract
We describe the case of a 44-yr-old woman, suffering from rheumatoid arthritis for 15 yr, who developed porphyria cutanea tarda while being treated with methotrexate. The cutaneous lesions healed and the metabolic anomalies improved after a few months, despite continuing the treatment.Entities:
