[Diagnostic difficulties in primary hyperparathyroidism: a case report].

Abstract

The authors describe the case of the 56-year old woman suffering from the primary hyperparathyroidismus caused by the adenoma. After the osteosynthesis the pathological fracture of the femur by angle plate, the patient underwent diagnostic, setting the right diagnosis. The exision of the parathyroidal adenoma led to the disappearance of the symptoms of the disease.
