Abstract

Uterine papillary serous carcinoma (UPSC) is an aggressive histologic subtype of endometrial cancer. Currently, no effective chemotherapy regimens exist. We report a case of complete response of a stage IV UPSC to neoadjuvant chemotherapy with Taxol and carboplatin. Copyright 1999 Academic Press.
