Abstract
Inflammatory pseudotumors are rare and usually located in lung, although they can develop in any organ. They are unusual in head and neck and very rare in the larynx. A case of laryngeal pseudotumor in a patient with odinophagia and neck pain is reported. After diagnosis, the patient was treated with steroids, which produced complete resolution. These lesions can simulate malignant neoplasms and must be considered in the differential diagnosis.Entities:
