Abstract
Both double-lumen aortic arch (i.e., persistent fifth arch) and anomalous origin of the left pulmonary artery from the ascending aorta (failure of the development of the sixth arch) are rare diseases. They are frequently associated with cardiovascular anomalies. However, the co-occurrence of these two diseases has not been previously reported. We report such a case in a female baby with facial anomalies similar to conotruncal anomaly face syndrome.Entities:
