Abstract
The case of a 56-year-old woman who developed neurosarcoidosis and was discovered to have inferior vena cava and lower extremity thromboses is described. She was found to have anticardiolipin antibodies. This newly described association of antiphospholipid antibody syndrome with sarcoidosis is discussed and the relevant literature reviewed.Entities:
