Abstract
Night blindness and optic neuropathy were the presenting symptoms of an iatrogenic malabsorption syndrome in a 64-year old female. This case illustrates the necessity of lifelong vitamin supplementation after biliopancreatic bypass for morbid obesity.Entities:
