Abstract
A case of benign, solitary schwannoma of the cervical vagus nerve with ipsilateral vocal cord paralysis is presented. The differential diagnostic aspects are discussed, with special reference to neurologic deficit in association with this lesion. The possible occurrence of concomitant unrelated malignancy is emphasised.Entities:
