Abstract
The problems in the pathophysiology of chronic recurrent mastitis in association with galactorrhea are discussed. The discussion was centered around the role of Prolactin. Treatment consists of inhibition of Prolactin by Bromocryptin following exclusion of other conditions of importance in the differential diagnosis.Entities:
