[Mirizzi syndrome caused by the gallstone in long remnant of a cystic duct].

Abstract

It is the case of a 53-year-old woman diagnosed during the operation on Mirizzi syndrome type I caused by the gallstone in a cystic ducts' remnant, 20 years after cholecystectomy.
