Abstract
The aim of this paper is to relate personality measures of Year 1 undergraduate dental students to their performance at admissions interview and during the first year of their course. The personality profiles of 58 first year dental students, were statistically related to results of the first year examinations and to the results of 54 of the students' structured admissions interviews. A relationship was found to exist which related personality to interview results and performance in the first year of their dental course.Mesh:
