Abstract
Congenital nasal pyriform aperture stenosis is a rare, but increasingly recognized, form of neonatal nasal airway obstruction. The condition may occur as an isolated anomaly or in association with holoprosencephaly. Treatment is determined by the overall prognosis of the infant and the symptomatic severity of the stenosis.Entities:
