Abstract
An interdisciplinary clinical team approach can be effective in the reintegration of chronically disturbed psychiatric patients into community living. Such a program includes aggressive outreach and intensive support, psychotherapy, psychiatry, crisis intervention, case management, and health-related services. Such programs can flourish when social policy and legal mandates support the necessary environment for change.Entities:
